This document constitutes the binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and ns777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any ns777 service, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless context otherwise requires. References to the singular include the plural and vice versa.
2.1 By completing the ns777 registration process, clicking any acceptance checkbox, accessing the Platform, or placing a bet or wager through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the ns777 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms published on the Platform. All such documents are incorporated by reference and form the complete agreement between you and ns777.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the ns777 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
2.3 ns777 reserves the right to require a Player to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following a material amendment. Failure to re-confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary suspension of Account access.
Important: These Terms & Conditions are a binding legal contract. ns777 recommends that all Players — particularly those accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or any other city in Pakistan — retain a copy of these Terms for their personal records.
3.1 Minimum Age Requirement. Access to ns777 and all its services — including casino games, sports betting, crash games, live dealer tables, and bonus participation — is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies uniformly to all Players regardless of their location within Pakistan.
3.2 Age Verification Process. ns777 operates a mandatory KYC verification procedure which must be completed by all Players before any withdrawal is processed. As part of this process, Players are required to submit a valid, unmodified copy of their Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) to confirm their identity and age. ns777 reserves the right to request additional documentary evidence of age at any time.
3.3 Underage Access. Knowingly allowing an individual under 21 years of age to access the ns777 Platform — including through a shared device or Account — is a serious breach of these Terms. Any Account found to belong to or be used by a Player under 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. Any funds deposited by an underage Player will be returned to the originating payment source after deduction of any amounts wagered. ns777 will not be liable to the underage Player or any third party for any losses arising from such closure.
3.4 Single Account Per Person. Each Player is entitled to hold only one ns777 Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the ns777 Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. ns777 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for Players who access the Platform in breach of local laws.
21+ Only — Zero Exceptions: ns777 enforces the 21+ age policy with zero exceptions. Any attempt to bypass age verification — including submission of altered, fraudulent, or third-party CNIC documents — will result in immediate permanent Account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all funds in the Account.
4.1 To access ns777 services, a Player must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including — but not limited to — full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and a valid password. Players warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.
4.2 Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their login username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with their Account. ns777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a password of at least 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
4.3 Players must notify ns777 immediately — via live chat or the support email address listed in the footer — upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to their Account or any breach of Account security. ns777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate password security or has shared their credentials with a third party.
4.4 ns777 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. Players are prohibited from selling, transferring, or assigning their ns777 Account or any Account balance to any other individual or entity.
4.5 ns777 reserves the right to verify a Player's registered information at any time and to request supporting documentation to confirm identity, address, source of funds, or payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
5.1 ns777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, MCB Bank, Allied Bank, Bank Alfalah, Standard Chartered Pakistan, and other Pakistani banks via IBFT where available. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change; current accepted methods are displayed in the ns777 cashier section.
5.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet transfers. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer methods may vary in accordance with the sending bank's minimum transfer limits. ns777 does not impose deposit fees on any supported payment method; however, Players should be aware that their own bank or mobile wallet provider may levy applicable charges.
5.3 All funds deposited to ns777 must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name and linked to the same CNIC provided during KYC verification. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and will be rejected or returned. Third-party deposits may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
5.4 Deposits are credited to a Player's ns777 Account balance upon confirmed receipt by ns777's payment processing systems. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within 3 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the sending bank's processing times. ns777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
ns777 does not impose mandatory maximum deposit limits for standard accounts; however, Players may voluntarily set personal deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) as a responsible gaming tool from within their Account settings. Voluntary deposit limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period following the increase request.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players who have completed the ns777 KYC verification process. KYC documentation — including CNIC front and back copies and, where required, a selfie with the CNIC — must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal request is processed. Players are encouraged to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawals are requested.
6.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the Player's own name. ns777 will not process withdrawals to any third-party account, regardless of the reason provided. Where a deposit has been made via JazzCash, the withdrawal will be returned to the same JazzCash account unless an alternative verified account in the Player's name is provided and approved.
6.3 Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash — approximately 5 minutes; EasyPaisa — approximately 5–10 minutes; bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and others) — approximately 2 to 6 hours for verified accounts during business hours. These are target processing times; actual processing may be affected by banking system availability and public holidays in Pakistan.
6.4 ns777 does not charge withdrawal fees on any supported payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts; however, ns777 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches and to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
6.5 Any active bonus funds or funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the associated bonus funds.
Withdrawal Refusal: ns777 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any withdrawal in cases of suspected fraudulent activity, AML compliance review, incomplete KYC documentation, multiple Account detection, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, ns777 will notify the Player of the reason for the delay or refusal where legally permissible to do so.
7.1 ns777 offers various promotional bonuses to Players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual bonus-specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
7.2 General Bonus Conditions. Unless otherwise specified in the individual bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all ns777 bonuses:
7.3 Bonuses that have been credited in error — whether due to a technical malfunction, communication error, or administrative mistake — remain the property of ns777 and will be corrected or reversed upon discovery. ns777 is not liable to a Player for the loss of any erroneously credited bonus.
8.1 All casino games on ns777 — including slots, table games, and instant win products — are governed by the applicable rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between any promotional material and the in-game rules, the in-game rules shall prevail.
8.2 ns777 games utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems for all non-live casino products. All RNG systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual player results.
8.3 Live dealer games on ns777 are conducted by human dealers in regulated studios. Results in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under dealer control. Bet settlements are final once the dealer has confirmed the round outcome.
8.4 ns777 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, communication failure, or any other technical anomaly that has produced an incorrect result or permitted a bet that would not otherwise have been accepted. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account.
8.5 Sports Betting. Sports bets placed on the ns777 sportsbook — including PSL, international cricket, UFC, and other available markets — are subject to the sportsbook rules displayed within the betting interface. ns777 reserves the right to restrict maximum payout amounts on individual sports markets and to void bets where the odds were clearly published in error.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ns777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds in the Account, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

10.4 ns777 will respect and enforce any self-exclusion period requested by a Player. Players under self-exclusion will not receive promotional marketing from ns777 for the duration of their exclusion. ns777 shall not be held liable if a self-excluded Player finds a means to circumvent their exclusion and gamble through the Platform; however, ns777 will take reasonable technical steps to prevent this.

11.1 ns777 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player Account, at its sole discretion, in the event of — but not limited to — any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; detection of multiple Accounts; or any conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform or other Players.
11.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ns777 will notify the Player of the suspension via their registered email or mobile number and will provide a reasonable timeframe within which the Player may respond or provide clarification, unless doing so would prejudice an active investigation or regulatory requirement.
11.3 A Player may voluntarily close their ns777 Account at any time by contacting live support or emailing the support address in the footer. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any eligible remaining balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
11.4 Where an Account is closed following a breach of these Terms — including confirmed fraud, multiple Account operation, or underage gambling — ns777 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the Account balance at its discretion, having regard to the nature and severity of the breach.
12.1 The ns777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ns777 expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 ns777 shall not be liable to any Player — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — for any: loss of profit; loss of revenue; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; loss of gaming opportunities; or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the Platform.
12.3 ns777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not in any event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 ns777 shall not be liable for any service disruption, Platform unavailability, or inability to access Account funds caused by circumstances beyond ns777's reasonable control, including but not limited to: power outages; internet service provider failures; DDoS attacks; force majeure events; or disruptions to Pakistani banking infrastructure including JazzCash and EasyPaisa network outages.
13.1 All content on the ns777 Platform — including but not limited to the ns777 brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, odds data, promotional materials, text, images, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary intellectual property of ns777 or is licensed to ns777 by third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.
13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ns777 Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or public display of any ns777 intellectual property.
13.3 Any unauthorised commercial use of ns777 intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, creation of derivative works, or any use that competes with ns777's commercial interests — is strictly prohibited and will be pursued through all available legal remedies.
14.1 ns777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ns777 will endeavour to notify registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notification on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, where reasonably practicable.
14.2 It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this page will be updated to reflect the date of the most recent revision. The current version of these Terms supersedes all previous versions.
14.3 If a Player does not agree to any amended Terms, they must cease using the ns777 Platform and close their Account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ns777's international gaming license is issued.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between a Player and ns777 relating to any matter covered by these Terms, the Player should first contact ns777 via live chat or the support email address listed in the footer and provide full details of the dispute. ns777 will endeavour to resolve all disputes informally and in good faith within 14 business days of receiving a complete dispute submission.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the relevant regulatory body governing ns777's operating license. The arbitration decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
15.4 Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted to exclude or restrict any rights that a Player may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be contractually excluded.
